Who I AM
I have over 20 years of experience creating a wide variety of content across different platforms. Most recently, I was the Vice President of TV and Video for Vox.com, where I oversaw budget management, staffing, and both editorial and business strategies for all digital video initiatives and FAST channels. I helped restructure teams and workflows, including streamlining and managing the design team. I was also responsible for the development, editorial direction, and production of documentary series for Netflix, HBO, CNN, Hulu, and YouTube Originals.
Prior to my time at Vox, I worked on digital strategy and product at the Wall Street Journal.
In 2018 I led the news team that meticulously reported out each episode for the Peabody and Emmy-winning Netflix series, Patriot Act.
In 2016 my work at HBO's Vice News Tonight, particularly immigration and the Trump administration’s abortion policies, led to Gracie, Front Page, and Emmy award wins.
I also oversaw live election coverage during the 2016 election at The New York Times, established the first video operation based in New York for BuzzFeed, and produced long form documentary series for CNN and MTV. I got my start in news at the New York staple: NY1.
